Reborn to Master the Blade
OtakuFeed found that the verified Twitter account of Hobby Japan’s HJ Bunko imprint unveiled that Hayaken’s Reborn to Master the Blade: From Hero-King to Extraordinary Squire (Eiyū-Ō, Bu o Kiwameru Tame Tensei-Su: Soshite, Sekai Saikyō no Minarai Kishi) light novel series will be getting an anime conversion. J-Novel Club authorized the light novel series.
Hero-King Inglis’s last request is to continue as a warrior, But when he awakes, he finds out that he’s been reincarnated as a girl to a royal family! Even when expelled from the knighthood, she goes out to become the most excellent squire in the world.
Hayaken have started issuing the initial novel story on the Shōsetsu ni Narō (Let’s Be Novelists) website in March 2019, and Hobby Japan’s HJ Bunko imprint will be issuing the 6th print volume with designs by Nagu on December 1. In addition, J-Novel Club issued the 1st volume in English on October 1.
Kuromura has published the manga on Hobby Japan’s Comic Fire website, and Hobby Japan issued the second print volume on May 1.
Last November, the light novel series encouraged two mini anime shorts, but this recent reveal segregated the new anime conversion from the other mini anime. In the mini anime, Akari Kitō acts Inglis, and Ai Kakuma acts as the dear friend Rafinia (also known as “Rani”).
